Panaxx Corporation was established in April 1963 by Theodore Masamichi Kato, its President
and Chief Executive Officer. Today it is a steadily growing international group of five
companies, continuing to expand the scale and scope of its operations worldwide, and is
dedicated to bringing the highest level of service and expertise to Japanese and international
corporations alike.

“ Tsang hsiu his yu “ ( 蔵修息遊 ) : is a quote from an ancient Chinese book entitled Hsueh Chi or The Great Learning. This phrase may be interpreted to mean that reading through a vast collection of books and making that learning one’s own by experience enables one to lead life as naturally as breathing, where one’s state of mind is relaxed, without artifice of dissimulation. Contemplating these words, I became convinced that the state of mind described here is what we call “ satori ” or enlightenment.
The ultimate goal for all of us working in the Panaxx Corporation can be expressed by the Latin term amantes, which suggests that any place where good people gather will increase its appeal and so attract more good people. A good circle growing in this way is nothing less than a paradise on earth the ideal goal, not only of our management and employees but of those people our companies work with and for. My wish is that all our goals can be united in the above-mentioned relaxed and harmonious spirit.
With this wish, I hope to stimulate international cooperation and understanding. I hope to see this sprit bloom on a global basis in the 21st century.
